How do i book a quote?
Are TSP competitive when quoting?
We have a number of discounts and offers we can use to lower your quote making TSP a competitive Decorating Service in the modern market.
Can we tailor our quote to suit your requirements?
Yes, you will always be able to choose what work you would prefer along with advise from TSP for what will look best. For example you may feel your ceilings do not need painting but your walls do! Or you may prefer your woodwork not to be done to make a saving but your walls and ceilings instead, TSP will cater for all your requirements.
Also if required we can break down the quote for you so you can pick & choose what work you have done to suit your budget.
Do TSP lower the quality of work to fit in with the price given?
No, the quality of work we do within your tailored requirements is not effected by the price we offer.

How do i get an accurate quote online?
When requesting an online quote it is best to be honest and take as many pictures of damaged areas and whole views of the room where possible, this will help give a good insight to the size of your room and what needs to be done helping us give you an accurate quote.
What if i miss bits on the initial quote request?
Dont worry if you do miss anything you can either inform us when you realise or we can re asses the quote on the starting date before works are carried out. This may delay the deadline so it is always best to double check everything first.
How long will it be until i receive my quote?
You shall be emailed your online quote within 48 hours.
Can i get an online quote for large projects?
No, if your project is more than 2 rooms we cannot quote online. So please call 07719775977 to arrange a time and date for an appointment or click here

What if i cannot take pictures of the job?

Pricing
Do TSP work on a day rate?
No, we do not work on a day rate, all our work is price work, but we do take into consideration how many days it will take. We can guarantee we will work efficiently so the job gets done on time but still take no short cuts effecting the quality.
TSP Part Decorating Service
What is the Part Decorating Service?
We all know Decorating can be an enjoyable pastime in your home, so TSP are more than happy to help you with parts of decorator you are unsure about. When planning on doing your own decorating in the future and you know there are certain parts of your job you feel less confident with, you can book a decorating to come round to suit your schedule and do the required parts at the right time to help you get your project finished to your deadline.
Do TSP help me schedule my project?
Yes, If you are unsure of how to schedule your project we can help or just book us in for when is best for you. Timing & Planning are of importance when decorating so there is also plenty of advise for you on our Tips & Tricks page before you start your project.
Do TSP do more than one visit within the same project?
Yes, If for example you need us to do the filling of walls and then the final feature wall, this would require two visits at different intervals and we are happy to do this for you.
What if i do not keep to my schedule?
We understand not all DIY jobs stay within the planned time scale, so if you just let us know how your getting on and if any changes are foreseen and we shall do our best to accommodate your needs.
On Call Decorating Service
What is the On Call Decorator Service?
If you are painting your bedroom and get a bit stuck with the cutting in or "doing the high bits" just give us a call and we can pop round and do it for you. We provide a decorator on call service for your DIY decorating emergencies. Our On Call Service offers you a decorator on call between the hours of 8am - 8pm (subject to availability) It doesn't matter how small the job is, we are still happy to pop round while your'e doing your DIY project and help you get the job finished in time for your deadline.
Is there a call out charge?
No. We do not charge for the call out but we do charge for our time spent on the job. The first hour is £20.00 8am-6pm and £30.00 6pm-8pm then £20 each hour there on.
