WHAT IS QUOTE & INSTALL?
Quote & Install is where we Quote & Install your item on the same day your quote is booked in for. This is for AM appointments and singular items that are available from local suppliers the same day.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIT A BATHROOM?
Depending on what works are being carried out the average bathroom from beginning to end takes 1-3 weeks. Variations will occur depending on your choice of install such as tiling, new shower system plastering and more, but for straight swap bathrooms and like for like items, it can be as little as an hour to 1-3 days.
REMOVAL OF RUBBISH
Where required a skip shall be used but when a skip is not being used a trip to the tip maybe required either by TSP or the customer. These options shall be discussed during the quote.
24hr RESPONSE
While TSP are working on and also upto 6 months after your bathroom install, we provide you with a 24hr response service.

DO TSP CHARGE AN HOURLY RATE?
No, every job is priced on individual requirements.
WHAT AM I TO EXPECT WHILE HAVING WORK DONE?
We do ensure our best to have running water for you while we work on your bathroom but in some cases we do turn your water off during working hours. We do not leave you over night without any running water or toilet facilities.
An 8am - 8.30am start is usual, in some cases a later start does occur, usually when requiring materials but we will always keep you advised the day before.
In most cases noise and dust occur in and outside your home during installation, this could be from drilling, electric saws, tile removal and more. We do what we can to keep the noise and dust pollution down by using dust sheets and tidying up.
We shall always respect your home and do what we can to keep your home tidy and clean but bathroom installations are a messy job as i'm sure you can understand, but we are always polite and respectful to our customers and their homes.
DO TSP SUPPLY MATERIALS?
Yes, we shall always supply the plumbing fittings that are required to install your bathroom suite or units, but you have an option to supply the suite or units yourself. If we do supply your suite a deposit shall be required.
DEPOSIT
If a deposit is required then it shall be for the price of materials included within the quote. Your deposit is refundable on cancellation only if the items have not been purchased. Smaller jobs such as one item may not require a deposit.
