TSP Bathroom Installation
Quote & Install
Quote & Install is where TSP Quote & Install your item on the same day your quote is booked in for. It is for AM appointments only and the installation must be for singular items that are available from local suppliers the same day.
You must request the quote & install while booking your quote, once your quote date is confirmed we shall advise if the install is available on your requested day. If an install is not available you can either re arrange for a day that it is available or an installation date can be given at a later date.
Deposit
If a deposit is required then it shall be for the price of materials included within the quote. Your deposit is refundable on cancellation only if the items have not been purchased yet. Smaller jobs such as one item may not require a deposit. The deposit amount shall be shown on the quote provided and must be paid up to 4 days before start date.
Deposits can be made via mobile number 07719775977, bank transfer or cash.
24 hour response Service
The 24hr service is for customers who use TSP for any bathroom or plumbing installation. You can call us if you have any emergency leaks that occur on any TSP installations and any other emergency leaks that occur throughout the rest of your home for upto 6 months after installation.
No call out charge applies for 6 months after any TSP installation.
The no call out charge applies to TSP installations, and non TSP installations .
If the leak occurs from a non TSP installation an hourly rate of £60.00 per hour is charged.
The cost of materials will be charged to the customer if:
- the part/item has not been supplied by TSP
- if the damaged part/item is a manufacturing fault
- if the part/item has been damaged after installation
TSP will take on the cost of the leaking part if all of the following criteria are made:
- the part/item leaked due to faulty installation by TSP
- the part/item was not damaged after installation

Latest Deals
Moving into your new home
TSP offer upto £250 off labour when we decorate your new home, anyone can have these discounts as long as the following criteria is met:
- You have not moved into the property
- No furniture or belongs have been moved in
- No carpets to be in property
- Minimum of 3 rooms
Any decorating works are including in the discounts such as wallpapering, painting, coving, wall murals and more, the discount guidelines are as follows:
- Over £350 spent - £50 OFF
- Over £500 spent - £100 OFF
- Over £750 spent - £150 OFF
- Over £1000 spent - £200 OFF
- Over £1500 spent - £250 OFF
Prices are for labour only and discounts are not given on materials.
Carpets may be left down if they are to be removed once decorating has finished.
Wooden flooring or tile flooring shall be covered costing an extra £20.00 per room for specialist floor covering (if needed) or free if standard dust sheets can be used.
24 hour access may be needed to reach deadlines and we must be able to have access from at least 7am - 7pm otherwise.
Each property has a basic clean after we have finished but dust may occur up to a week of so after we have finish.
This deal is available in the Midlands and some South East areas.

Access to an open front door shall be required even for one side. When the external side is worked on and the job is completed, the door shall need to be left open several hours for drying. This requires the customer to be there for job completion so the safety of the house can be passed over.
3 for 2 on feature walls
This deal is for labour only and does not include price of wallpaper and all walls must be accessible on the day along with your wall paper.
Lining paper install is not included so in cases where the wallpaper requires a lining paper first, an extra cost will occur and be discussed before any work takes place.
All walls must be free from old wallpaper and other obstructions, Minor filling is included but any major filling shall come at an extra cost and discussed before any work is started.
Loyalty scheme
When you:
- Use TSP Decorating or Plumbing Service
- Recommend us to a friend or family that use TSP
- Sign up to the loyalty scheme
You shall receive £10 off any labour from TSP when you return to use our services, once joined you can build up your free labour up to £100 off.
It must be used within 12 months of the last acquired £10.00 off if another £10 off is not acquired.
You can give your £10 off to a friend or family member for them to use and you will still gain another £10 off for your referral.
You can use your £10 off on our plumbing service and decorating service.
Materials are not included.

When signing up you agree to the following terms & conditions:
You are over 16, the tenant, landlord or home owner or have permission to have the work done.
You agree to a background check when your decorator is under 18.
You have provided correct and truthful details on sign up.
Your intention to have the work done is genuine.
You live in Northamptonshire
Uploading your job.
When uploading your job you agree to the following terms & conditions:
The information on your upload represents an honest description of the job and you give TSP permission to view the job if required and agree for the following information about your job to be put onto our quote page for decorators to see:
- Your postcode
- Job description
- Price guideline
- Images of your job
When
When a job has been selected by a decorator, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- You allow the decorator to have your name, address and phone number
- You agree to having the works quoted for done.
- You agree to pay the total of the quote on job completion.
- You are aware that the decorator is of a training standard
Invoicing and payment
It is the decorators responsibility to invoice and collect payment from the customer on job completion.
Problems
If any problems occur while using an Up & Coming Decorator you can call TSP for advice.
If your decorator has to cancel, TSP will arrange another decorator for you.
Legal
- TSP take no responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur.
- TSP take no responsibility for any legal cost that may occur.
- The Decorators do not work for TSP

Data terms & conditions
By submitting any information via our website, phone or any other means you agree to the following:
- Any data TSP collect on you will be used so TSP can contact you regarding the job entailed.
- Any Customer data TSP collect on you via our JOB'd scheme shall be kept on our system for upto 10 years. TSP will not give your information to any third parties except your name, phone number and postcode to the selected decorators applying for your job.
- Your data will be stored on quotes and invoices created for you job for upto 10 years for accounts purpose only.
- Your name & phone number can be stored on our phone memory for upto 10 years so we know you are calling in the future.
- We will not call you for promotional purposes unless its involved within the active job or project.
- If you wish for your contact details to be deleted from our phone system then please email us on tsp@qualityservice.com.
- Any information you send via our review form on our website can be shown on any promotional adverts on our website and anywhere else.
- You have the right to request any data TSP have about you.
For Decorators:
- Any information you give to TSP via the website, phone or any other means is stored in our system for 12 months. The data is used so we can confirm you meet the correct criteria when using our JOB'd scheme and also to contact you regarding our JOB'd scheme and other works.
- TSP do not use your information for promotional purposes.
- TSP do not share your information with any third parties except the college you are, or have been enrolled with and customers via JOB'd.
- You can request any data TSP have on you at anytime.
